The Inet Distributing Inc. WARRANTY

For your assurance and peace of mind we state our warranty policy!

Every Inet Distributing product is covered by our Limited Lifetime Warranty. Inet Distributing warrants that if installed, operated, and maintained properly, all Inet Distributing products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. "Lifetime" means the period of time that the original purchaser (end user) owns the product.

Inet Distributing's responsiblitiy under this warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement of all or any part of the product, free of charge, which Inet Distributing determines to be defective, either in material or workmanship, under normal use and service.

This warranty does not apply if the product has been damaged resulting from misuse, accident, alteration, normal wear and tear, insuffecient service or installation, or discoloration due to sunlight or the passage of time. In no event shall Inet Distributing be liable for transportaion costs or costs of removal or reinstallation.

All fabrics and natural products can lose their original intensity after long exposure to the sun. Plastics, when left for extented periods in direct sunlight, tend to yellow and crack. Wood products have a tendency to eventually warp when exposed to the elements. We concider these all normal wear and tear, and therefore are not covered by our warranty. Customers should also be aware that fabric, wood, and other materials vary in color from dyelot to dyelot, and may not exactly match sample swatches or colors from previous purchases.

The duration of all implied warranties, includes warranties of merchantability and fitness, is expressly limited to the duration of ownership by the original purchaser.

In no event shall Inet Distributing be responsible for incidental or consequential damages arising from any breach of this warranty or of any implied warranty, including warranties of fitness or of merchantibility.

This warranty is in lieu of all other express warranties.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.
