Shipment Information

Methods and Costs:  Most all of our products are shipped via UPS ground except that some window coverings products may be shipped via RPS. Window covering are normally shipped FREE of CHARGE. See order form for details. All other products are shipped at $32.00 per item. This shipping charge helps cover the UPS up-charge for over sized items. (See Order Forms)

If Damaged in Transit: Occasionally shipping mishaps occur. If you are present at time of delivery, the product appears to be damaged, and your signature is required, simply refuse delivery. Ask the carrier to return the product to the shipper at the carriers expense.

If however, you are not present at time of delivery, and the product appears to be damaged, do not open the box, immediately contact the carrier, inform them of the damage, and request that it be picked up and returned to the shipper at the carriers expense.

In either case, please record the tracking number and immediately notify Inet Distributing, Inc. at the E-mail address below of the problem so that we can resolve this issue and deliver you a quality product in a timely manner
