Return Policy and Order Cancellation
Goods received damaged:
If an order is received with the box damaged and the contents obviously damaged, and the UPS driver is still there (it was not left for you), you can refuse to accept the delivery and instruct the
driver to return it. Then, Email Inet Distributing, Inc. at CustomerSupport@Inet-Dist.com
If you open an order and find it damaged, keep the packaging and Email Inet Distributing, Inc at Customer Support@Inet-Dist.com with a description of the damage.
If you have a digital camera, pictures are a great help in dealing with claims more quickly.
We will arrange to ship a replacement to you and deal with the damage claim with UPS. Often they want to pick up the damaged item for inspection.
They have two weeks from the time the damage claim is filed with UPS to pick it up or inspect it.
Return of Goods, which are not damaged:
If you simply wish to return something you have ordered and received, there is a 20% restocking charge and you will be expected to pay the shipping both ways, to you and back to us, and for insuring
the returned item.
Notify Inet Distributing, Inc. by Email to CustomerService@Inet-Dist.com that you wish to return an item and request a Return Authorization Number. We will Email you shipping instructions and a
Return Authorization Number.
When the item is returned, inspected, and determined to be in good condition, a credit will be issued to your credit card account.
The amount of the refund will be the initial charge for the item (not including the initial shipping charge) less 20% restocking charge. You will have paid for the return freight via UPS ground and appropriate insurance. If the item is damaged when we received, it will be your responsibility as the shipper to file the insurance claim with UPS. (That is UPS policy. The party who ships the item is the only one who can file a claim.)
Order Cancellation
If it is necessary to cancel an order, please do so by Email before close of business the following day to CustomerService@Inet-Dist.com. Order processing time can vary from two days to two weeks,
depending on stock and workflow. If you need to cancel an order, we will do everything we can to stop it from shipping. However, we cannot guarantee cancellation after two days.
Cancellations and / or changes for custom door orders must be received before the work has been started. Obviously, once the material has been cut it cannot be put back in stock.
