Window Coverings – Return Policy

Most of our window covering products are custom made to your specifications and, as such, are not returnable. Stock Mini Blinds and Stock Patio Door Vertical Blinds are returnable if requested within 15 days of receipt.  You will be responsible for return freight charges and a 20% re-stocking fee will offset the credit of the purchase price.  To return our stock products you must email us first at CustomerService@Inet-Dist.com and get a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number.  We will instruct you on how to return the stock blinds.

Remember damaged blinds or manufacturing defects and other claims are covered under our Limited Lifetime Warranty.

                           Window Coverings Cancellation Policy

If it is necessary to cancel an order, please do so by the close of business the same day.  Window covering orders are custom made, so once material has been cut you are responsible for the full cost of the order.

Upon cancellation, an Inet Distributing cancellation number will be issued.  Please be sure to make a note of this number for any future reference, as cancellation of an order cannot be accommodated without this number.
